KanDo — Privacy Policy
Summary: KanDo collects no user data. No logins, no analytics, no tracking, and nothing stored or transmitted to IT Zen Pty Ltd.

KanDo is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal data. The App is provided by IT Zen Pty Ltd, an Australian company.
2. Information We Do Not Collect
KanDo does not collect or process any of the following:
- Personal information (such as name, email, or contact details)
- Login credentials or account information
- Usage data or analytics
- Device identifiers or IP addresses
- Tracking information of any kind
- Files, tasks, notes, or any content from Microsoft To Do or any other app
- Cookies or similar technologies
KanDo makes no network requests except those necessary for Safari Web Extension functionality that directly interacts with the Microsoft To Do website in your own browser session. These interactions occur locally and are not transmitted to IT Zen Pty Ltd.
3. No Third-Party Sharing
Since no information is collected, no information is shared with third parties. We do not sell, rent, disclose, or otherwise provide user data to any external party.
4. Local-Only Functionality
All features of KanDo operate entirely on your device using Safari’s built-in extension mechanisms. The extension does not have access to any data beyond what is required to modify the display of Microsoft To Do within your browser session, and no data is stored or transmitted.
5. Children’s Privacy
As KanDo collects no data, it does not knowingly collect or store any information from children under 13 years of age (or the age required by local regulations).
6. Security
Because we do not process or store user data, there is no risk of data exposure from our systems. Any data you interact with through Microsoft To Do remains within Microsoft’s services and your own device.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
If we update this Privacy Policy, we will publish the new version on the App Store listing and/or our website. Any changes will be effective upon posting.
